As you are raising support, you may wish for help in knowing what your responsibilities include.  Here is an overview of typical tasks in a one-page view. 

In working with your MTD coach, you will likely choose to customize your performance benchmarks.  We encourage you to actively focus one or two benchmarks as your activity goals.  Naturally, you will not achieve every benchmark every week. However, this list is a meaningful summary of the things to review on regular basis.

Use this checklist to guide you through the basic tasks to complete while in full-time MTD. 

Weekly checklist

• Call or meet with MTD coach
• Keep track of your MTD activity throughout the week.
  • You can track activity in your database, in your Toolbox activity entry form, or by writing it down on a printed Weekly Tracking Chart.
• Finalize numbers before your weekly coaching call.
  • Ensure your numbers for the week are current and accurate. Your weekly summary can be found here. 
    
• Submit your Personal Ministry Report to your MTD Coach.
  • Your coach may have already shared a link for you to use each week. If not, you can download a Word document here.
• Check your Reliant email inbox for news from Reliant. This is usually how Gift Services, HR or your vertical leader will contact you.
• Check for changes in giving.

Monthly checklist

• Write a monthly prayer letter and send to your supporters, your MTD Coach and to Reliant (prayer.letters@reliant.org).
  • If a larger, monthly letter is not your thing, you could try shorter, more frequent updates. A service such as Epistle will bundle Instagram-type updates and send them in the frequency desired by your supporter (daily, weekly or monthly).
