This script can help you walk donors through giving at Reliant.org.
- We just need to go to www.reliant.org/firstname.lastname. This will take you to my missionary profile.
- Under my picture, you will choose the green Give Now button.
- Enter the amount, whether recurring or one-time, frequency and start date of the gift.
- Donors can choose to start their gift on a date in the future. Recurring gifts can be set up for the 5th or 20th of each month.
- Now you will need to select the green Verify button if your gift information is correct.
- Now you need to log in if you already have a Reliant.org account or select Create an Account right next to the Log In option.
- Once you’ve logged in or created an account, you will need to select the green Verify button.
- Now you’re ready to enter your payment information. If you already have payment information in Reliant, you can select the same payment method. Or choose Add new payment.
- When adding a new payment, you can choose
- Bank Account - This allows you to set up giving via your savings or checking account. You will need your account number and routing number to set this up.
Credit Card - This allows you to set up your giving via credit card. You will need your credit card number and expiration date to set this up.
Check allows you to set up your promised gift in the system and then mail a check. This helps Reliant to already have your information and process the check quickly when it arrives at Reliant.
- Note: If the person already knows how they want to give, you don’t need to go through each option. But be knowledgeable about each option.
- Select the green Give Now button.
