Average Donor – This can vary greatly. We have found that depending on the employee’s background and experience, new staff may have a lower average than staff members that have been in ministry for a length of time. A good average for new missionaries to aim for is $50 per month. The average gift for all Reliant staff, including long-term missionaries, is $70/month.
