Missionaries field workers who enrolled in Reliant's health care coverage with Guidestone anytime between 2/7/09 and 10/16/20 may have received emails referencing a Blue Cross Blue Sheild class-action lawsuit settlement. The emails give participants an option to file a claim to be considered for financial compensation from the settlement. We previously touched base encouraging employees to wait to file their claim while we sought out further details from GuideStone. Guidestone recently provided a helpful Settlement FAQs.pdf document answering questions on how to file a claim for those who may want to do so. Claims for this class-action suit must be filed by November 5, 2021.
