General policy: Employment benefits are an important part of what Reliant provides for its employees to be well cared for during their ministry career. The benefits listed here are provided to help our employees and their families thrive.
Because the needs of an organization and its employees change from time to time, Reliant reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, supplement, rescind, or revise any benefits described in the Field Manual, with or without advance notice, as permitted by law. Therefore, the benefits outlined in this Field Manual do not establish a contract or any contractual obligation, and should not be relied upon as such.
Definition: For the purposes of benefits eligibility, a full-time employee is one so designated by Reliant who works no less than 30 hours per work week.
