After enrolling in the dental plan, members will have access to an electronic insurance card.
The card can be downloaded from the RSLI website - https://www.reliancematrix.com/employers/dental-and-vision
In the top-right corner, click on the menu and select "Login"
You may need to register for a new account. When logging in for the first time, follow the instructions to create an account.
