Annual Review
Every year, we offer resources for workers and supervisors to evaluate their year of ministry. We are continually looking for ways to make this more helpful and relevant for your ministry. Below are some instructions and FAQs
If your ministry has its own format for annual reviews, you are welcome to use that and send us a copy.

The Annual Review period is also a great time to make sure everything with Reliant is up-to-date.
STEPS | INFO |
---|---|
| Make sure that your current support goal accurately reflects new insurance premiums, your cost-of-living, ministry reimbursements, and your tenure with Reliant. Note: We are working on a new Support Goal Worksheet. If you are making significant changes to your support goal or salary, please reach out to us. We would love to begin testing this new sheet in select cases. |
| We will not be automatically notified of changes to your Support Goal Worksheet or your salary. Please email international@reliant.org when you are ready to move forward with a new goal or salary. |
If you have qualified for FEIE over the last year, added dependents, or had other tax-related changes, it is important to submit a new W4 to Reliant. If you qualify for FEIE, but do not submit a new W4, we will continue to withhold federal income taxes. | |
This is a great time to review your 401k contributions and make changes, especially if you are updating your salary. Changing your 401k contributions on your Support Goal Worksheet will not trigger changes to Principal. Please login to Principal's website to increase/decrease your contributions. | |
If your address or phone number has changed over the past year, make sure to notify us. This includes if your permanent US address has changed. Note: If your parents' house is your US permanent address, and they have moved, we need to know that too. | |
| This year we have added a Personal Info tab to your Crisis Management Individual Checklist. Please fill in the requested information and review your Individual Field Plans, updating as needed. We also encourage you to discuss these plans annually with your Team and Supervisor to make sure everything is current. |
