For international workers, we know that travel is a regular rhythm in your life! We have updated our Travel Form to make it faster and easier to fill out, while still giving us the information we need, to ensure we know where you are and can serve you well in the event of an international crisis.
You should fill out this form anytime you travel outside of your country of service. Whether that is to another country or back to the US, or whether it is ministry-related or a personal trip. While we would love to always have a month's heads-up, we understand your life doesn't always work that way. But please keep us informed as soon as you know when/where you are traveling.
If you are traveling to a high-risk area, we will notify our Crisis Management Team. When filling out the form, you will be asked to confirm that your supervisor knows about your trip. When deemed necessary, we will reach out to your supervisor directly for official approval.
