This benefit is part of Reliant's Cafeteria plan.

Employees enrolled in a Reliant's Domestic Medical High Deductible Plans are eligible to open up a Health Savings account.  

There are two types of the HSA contributions that Reliant offers employees: 

  • Employer Contributions - This contribution comes from non-MTD Reliant funds. Reliant leadership sets the Employer contribution rate each year, and it is the same for all missionaries based on their coverage level. Current contribution rates can be found  here - HSA - Health Savings Account. 
  • Employee Contributions - This contribution is deducted from your paycheck each month. This benefit is part of Reliant's Cafeteria plan.
