Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)

Reliant provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for employees regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week.

This benefit provides financial protection in the event of a qualifying accidental death or covered loss resulting from an accident, subject to policy limitations and exclusions.

Coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following the employee's date of hire.

Employees scheduled to work fewer than 30 hours per week are not eligible for this benefit.

Additional details regarding AD&D coverage can be found in the employee's Certificate of Insurance provided by the carrier.
