titleWhat insurance do I have right now?
  • This is located in ToolBox in the Employment Section, under Benefits

It won't be able to tell what Level plan you have (Employee Only, Employee + Spouse/Children, or Family), but it can tell what plan you have and how much is being charged to the MTD account for which you are responsible.
  • To determine if you currently have vision insurance, you may look at the 'Pre-tax Deduct' section on your Pay Stub . If you see 'Vision Plan' and a dollar amount deduction, you have vision insurance for the current year.

The EAP just applies toward counseling.
