It will take 7-14 business days to receive your replacement card. Please print a temporary ID Card from the Highmark website to use in the meantime.
There are three ways to request a new ID Card from Highmark:
- Use the Member Portal on the Highmark website (directions below)
- Call the Member Service phone number 1-866-472-0924 and use the menu
- Call the Member Service phone number 1-866-472-0924 and speak to a representative
Requesting a new ID Card on the Highmark website:
Log In to your Highmark Account
Log in to your Highmark.com account.

Select "Benefits"
On the top menu, select "Benefits," as highlighted below.
Select your Medical Account
Under"Insurance Benefits," select your medical account, as highlighted below.
Order a New Card
From here, you can either download and print your digital ID card, or request a new one.
For ordering a new card, select "Order New Card."
It would be a good idea to download your digital card for use in the meantime, as it can take up to 7-14 business days to receive your ID card in the mail.
Complete Details
Complete the questionnaire for ordering a new card.
- Select who needs the new card
- Choose a delivery address
- Confirm information and select "Order Card"
If you need to change your mailing address on your GuideStone account, please be sure to fill out the Contact Info Change Form - US.
This form will change your mailing address across all necessary documents.
