It will take 7-14 business days to receive your replacement card. Please print a temporary ID Card from the Highmark website to use in the meantime.

There are three ways to request a new ID Card from Highmark:  

  1. Use the Member Portal on the Highmark website (directions below)
  2. Call the Member Service phone number 1-866-472-0924 and use the menu
  3. Call the Member Service phone number 1-866-472-0924 and speak to a representative

Requesting a new ID Card on the Highmark website:

  1. Log in to HighmarkBCBS.com. If you have not set up an account on the Highmark website, please see this Solomon page for details on how to create an account: How to Set Up Your Coverage Account on HighmarkBCBS.com 
  2. On your home page, select the ID Card option
  3. The next page will give you the option to view, fax, and print your ID card.  At the bottom of this page is the option to Order ID Cards.  Click this option to expand the form to request a new card.
  4. Fill out the required information, including a different mailing address if needed, and press Submit.
