Reliant employees may have a need to set aside payroll funds (after taxes have been deducted) to be held by Reliant under the employee's name and released upon their request for large, lump-sum expenses. This service may be helpful for an employee to save toward expenses such as rent or children's school expenses. To initiate a payroll deduction for funds to be set aside, please use the form below. This payroll deduction will remain in effect until the employee notifies the Employment Services Department they would like to change or cease their withholding by either submitting a new form or by emailing payroll@reliant.org and asking that the payroll deduction be cancelled.
