How to import MPDx data into Partner Essentials
Note: Once you export your data from MPDX you have 30 days until they delete your account. Make sure to save the export file in a place where it won't be accidentally deleted!
- In MPDx, click the gear for settings
- Select "preferences"
- Scroll down and click on "Export All Data"
- Open Partner Essentials.
- Upload your data.

How to sync your Reliant donor data
Follow these instructions.
*Partner Essentials is a copy of MPDx. So, for now, our MPDx tutorials should work for Partner Essentials as well.
- If the data sync doesn't work: Partner Essentials is currently making adjustments to their data upload process, so we expect this to get fixed soon. However, as of 10/19/23, you will have to rename the data sync file you download from Reliant/ Toolbox from DataSync.tntdatasync to DataSync.pedatasync
