How to import MPDx data into Partner Essentials

Note: Once you export your data from MPDX you have 30 days until they delete your account. Make sure to save the export file in a place where it won't be accidentally deleted!

1. In MPDx, click the gear for settings
2. Select "preferences"
3. Scroll down and click on "Export All Data"
4. Open Partner Essentials. 
5. Upload your data.

How to sync your Reliant donor data

Follow these instructions.
*Partner Essentials is a copy of MPDx. So, for now, our MPDx tutorials should work for Partner Essentials as well. 

1. If the data sync doesn't work: Partner Essentials is currently making adjustments to their data upload process, so we expect this to get fixed soon. However, as of 10/19/23, you will have to rename the data sync file you download from Reliant/ Toolbox from DataSync.tntdatasync to DataSync.pedatasync

Why isn't Reliant a "registered partner" with Partner Essentials? 

Registered partnership means Reliant pays the usage fee instead of the field worker. Since it's a smaller fee for the individual, Reliant made the decision to let that be a reimbursable charge. As far as how the program works, non-partnership doesn't affect that. You still get all the features Partner Essentials has to offer.
