Specific Readiness Level To Determine Next Steps

Declaration of war with significant anticipated effects in the country/region of operation	War seriously discussed in the political climate with calls for immediate action or significant acts of war targeting the country/region of operation	Armed conflict not located within the country/region of operation or acts of war are in the realm of political rhetoric	Generalized political disagreements

Practice situational awareness (Color Codes for Situational Awareness) and communicate routinely with the team leader
Be prepared to activate other contingency plans if situations arise
If additional contingencies occur, strongly consider immediate evacuation

Evacuations may be authorized and mandated at either the local, Self-Evacuation or Reliant level.

Confidentiality During Crisis Events

Determine the location and status of all personnel that might be affected
Notify personnel of the situation, preferably in person
Activate Shelter in Place Protocols starting with a lockdown of team facilities with a mandated curfew for all personnel until further notice
Prepare for immediate Evacuation if necessary
As soon as you are able, begin documenting and gathering information
Contact Reliant to report the incident: Crisis Reporting for International Incident
Reliant will reach out to receive more details for their internal crisis report. Eventually, Reliant will share a communication tracking log that will serve as a way for team leaders and Shared Crisis Authority and Responsibility in Reliant Partnerships to all view communication updates between Reliant and the field team member
