As a missionary is raising field worker raises support, it can be good as for a coach to have an idea of understand what's expected of them.  

As an MTD coach, you will likely customize these performance benchmarks to fit the style that you and your missionary field worker have decidedchosen. Also note that benchmarks can change week to week, month to month, depending on a missionary's available their available time to focus on MTD.

Below is are the expectations for missionaries field workers that you can use to ensure missionaries are focusing on the things they focus on what they need to be successfulsucceed.

Weekly checklist

  •  Call or meet with MTD coach (30 min - 1 hour)
  •  Keep track of your MTD activity throughout the week. Finalize numbers before your weekly coaching call.
  •  Submit your Personal Ministry Report to your MTD Coach.
    • As a coach, be sure to share the personal link for a PMR with each of your missionariesfield workers. You can customize the questions for each person you are working with.
  •  Check your Reliant email inbox for news from Reliant. This is usually how Gift Services, HR, or your vertical leader will contact you.
  •  Check for changes in giving.

  •  Write a monthly prayer letter and send it to your supporters.
    • Missionaries Field workers could also try shorter, more frequent updates. A service such as Epistle will bundle Instagram-type updates and send them in at the frequency desired by your supporter (daily, weekly, or monthly). 
  •  Update the goal-setting worksheet to make sure ensure they are on pace to finish in an ideal time.
