No, there is NOT an option to change your selected domestic coverage dental plan or the covered individuals (adding and dropping dependents etc) at any time (not even during Open Enrollment). The coverage offered is the same coverage that the employee had prior to the loss in benefits eligibility. The only exceptions that allow a change in the dental coverage are in the event of the death or divorce from the Reliant employee or if the Reliant employee became eligible for Medicare, in which case a change to the covered persons on the policy would be appropriate. |
