Will this affect onlinge giving or recurring gift processing?

No, our donor management software (Blackbaud CRM) will continue running as it does today.  Online giving will be unaffected and we will be able to process the recurring gift batches on the 5th and 20th of each month without interruption.

Will gift and donor reporting be affected on StaffNet or Toolbox?

Gift and donor reporting will be uninterrupted by this change.  As we mentioned, over the course of 2023 we will be moving from StaffNet to Toolbox, so if you don't regularly check Toolbox, this is a great time to familiarize yourself with gift and donor reporting there as there are some differences between the statuses for recurring gifts on the sites..

Will MTD Account Statements be affected?

Yes, we will be creating new MTD Account Statements on Toolbox.  We will not lose any existing data, so old Account Statements will stay available.  We expect a delay in launching the new MTD Account Statements and are planning for them to be available by the end of January.

  • Account Statements for November will be available on StaffNet will be available by mid-December
  • Account Statements for December will be available on Toolbox by the end of January.
How will Payroll be affected?

The first new payroll in the new system will be the December 15 payroll.  We are taking great care to ensure that our calculations are accurate.

  • Please give extra time to review your paystubs to help us confirm that everything was done accurately.
  • New Paystubs after December 1 will be emailed to you and will not be available on StaffNet.
  • All historic paystubs through November 15, 2022 will remain on StaffNet.
  • The new portal for accessing new paystubs on Toolbox is still under development.  We will notify you when we have a launch timeframe. Until that time, we will send you your paystub each month via email. We are also able to email you any paystubs you need, should you require them at a later date.
When will StaffNet, CoachNet, and DevNet shutdown?

We do not have a final timeline for closing the legacy site.  We will not close them until their features and tools have been moved to Toolbox.  

How do I access Toolbox?

You should be able to access Toolbox - toolbox.reliant.org - with your existing Reliant email and password.  You can find more information on using Toolbox here.

    Additional Questions: How long will staffnet, devnet, and coachnet stay open? (I know we sort of answer this, but it might be good to help cool the nerves.?

    Will Lafferty I'm in the process of cleaning up pages that mention Staffnet. I was going to do some edits here, but can this page just be deleted? It seems out-of-date and old at this point.
