We've been working hard to provide a great experience on Reliant.org and released a fix to a bug that some missionaries were encountering when updating their profile. We added a character counter when editing the "About my Ministry" section of a missionary's profile which also enforces a maximum length of 3500 characters. We cannot accept entries of a longer length, and now communicate that constraint so that any errors are not encountered unexpectedly.

To assure users outside the United States of our excellent data-stewardship, when creating a profile, users are notified that we collect contact information for use in processing donations. This release contains some new features for Toolbox Administrators and improvements to existing tools. Administrators can now update Partner mappings and create Programs from the application. Once access is granted to the tools, users can find them in the Office Tools menu under Partner Management and Program Management.

We've been working hard to provide a great experience on Reliant.org across all devices and browsers, made some improvements to the "My Profile" page, which improved the experience on mobile devices. The profile sections are now nested in a smaller menu when viewed from mobile devices to allow for a more usable experience.

This release contains a new feature for Reliant Office Staff that helps them manage their workflow as missionaries create support goals in Toolbox. This tool organizes the various aspects of a support goal into tangible tasks for staff to complete once the goal has been approved, such as updating employee information in accounting software. Once granted permission, users can access the tool in the Office Tools menu > Employment Services Change Tasks.

This release contains a new feature on the "My Profile" page, which allows users to update their Communication Preferences. Navigate to the "Notifications" tab to set up your preferences! Currently, users can opt-in or opt-out of receiving their End of Year Giving Statement and Promotional Items in the mail.

We've continued to work hard to provide a great experience on Reliant.org for all devices and browsers, and have made some improvements to the missionary search page so it can be more usable on smaller screens in landscape mode. When users scroll down the page, the top bar is replaced by a smaller, floating menu which doesn't cover up the screen quite as much. We hope you appreciate the improvement!
