New Salary Offer
We are excited to inform you that we have worked with your local church to create a new salary offer for you. This year, after taking time to study compensation in other similar churches and ministries, Reliant created a set of updated Salary Ranges. For many of you, we used these as guidelines as we worked with your church to create your new offer. You can find your new salary offer in Toolbox, where you can create your new goal to accept the full new salary amount or a new partial amount. Use the Solomon Support Goal Instructions to understand how to find your salary on the page and how to create your new goal. Remember, we do not accept the new salary for you; the only way to accept a new salary is by submitting a new Support Goal.
As you go through your goal, remember that your total compensation includes benefits, such as health and dental insurance and 403(b)9 matching contributions. Other benefits are provided to you indirectly, and you may not be aware of them or their associated costs. For example, Reliant carries long-term disability insurance, term life insurance, workers' compensation insurance, business travel accident insurance, and general liability insurance for eligible employees. For a summary of eligible benefits, see Benefits Summary.
403(b)9 Matching Contribution
Please remember that the 403(b)9 matching amount is up to 5 percent of your annual salary. If you accept an increased salary, your matching maximum will also increase, which you can use to update your support goal. Remember, changing this on your Support Goal does not change what you are actually contributing. The changes will not be active until you log into the Principal website to tell Principal how much you want Reliant to withhold from your paycheck (see 403(b)9 Retirement Plan for additional help).
Updating your W-4
As you increase your salary, you may wish to take the time to make sure your tax withholdings are up-to-date and match your current desires by filling out a new W-4. This will ensure that Reliant has the most accurate information. To fill out a new W-4, click here.
MTD Support
Our hope for you is that summer brings you a season of renewed joy, focus, rejuvenation, and growth. We know many of you take some extended time for MTD during the summer, and we pray that is starting well. If you are in that season, or just simply trying to figure out how to maximize your 4-5 hours/week of MTD, consider signing up for an MTD Consultation. If you are committing to 10 hours/week or more of MTD, consider joining an MTD Cohort for coaching, accountability, and support. Many of our staff have found these options extremely helpful in their new MTD season.
We pray for you as you take steps of faith in your ministry career. Let us know how we can serve you.

Caleb Hayworth and Russell Dietrich - Can you take a look at this and see if you have any thoughts/additions, etc.
This would be an email that essentially "replaces" the old Compensation Spreadsheet.

Mike Swann could we just copy this page (I'll clean it up of course), rename it, and put it under Staff Policies> Employee Annual Reviews? Since the salary is related to their review?
