Registering for the Service
Download the vHealth by Aetna app, or go to the website globalcareondemand.com/aetna
Create an account.
- If you've never used this app before, click "Don't have an account?"
Complete the registration form, including an access code.
- The access code is: AETNA266
Click Register
Activate your account via email
Booking an Appointment
Select "book a video consultation" or "request a phone consultation."
Explain your symptoms and upload any photos of symptoms or documents, such as test results.
For video consultation, open the app prior to the call and click "start video call." From there, the doctor can join you.
- If you book a phone consultation, your doctor will call you.
Appointments are 30 minutes long.
