It will take 7-14 business days to receive your replacement card. Please print a temporary ID Card from the Highmark website to use in the meantime.

There are three ways to request a new ID Card from Highmark:  

  1. Use the Member Portal on the Highmark website (directions below)
  2. Call the Member Service phone number 1-866-472-0924 and use the menu
  3. Call the Member Service phone number 1-866-472-0924 and speak to a representative

Requesting a new ID Card on the Highmark website:

Log in to your Highmark.com account.

Select "Benefits" in the top menu.

Select your medical account.


From here, you can either download and print your digital ID card, or request a new one.

Complete the questionnaire for ordering a new card.

  1. Who needs the new card?
  2. Choose a delivery address
  3. Confirm information and select "Order Card"


If you need to change your mailing address on your GuideStone account, please be sure to fill out the Contact Info Change Form - US.

This form will change your mailing address across all necessary documents.
