If you need a copy of your dental insurance card, you can download a copy Once you have been enrolled in the dental plan, you will have access to an electronic insurance card,. This card ca be downloaded from the RSLI website - http://www.reliancestandard.com/dental-vision/
You will have to log in with a username and password (or create them if it's your the first time accessing the websiteyou access the site you will need to create a member services secure account).
