All missionaries enrolled with GuideStone have access to use Teledoc, a telemedicine service. Teladoc is a 24/7 telephone and online live video or phone service offering non-emergency consultations with U.S. board-certified doctors.
- Health Saver (HSA) participants will pay the full $40 doctor consultation fee until they have met their applicable Plan deductibles.
- Afterwards their consultation fee will be covered at the co-insurance level for the HS 1500 and the HS 3000.
- For the HS 5000, the participants pays the full $40 consultation fee until they reach their $5,000 or $10,000 Plan deductible.
- This valuable cost-saving service is not intended to replace your relationship with your primary care physician.
