Q: A donor prefers to give by check. What do I do? A: First, remember to thank them! Make sure the check is made out to Reliant with your name and fund number included in the memo line. Encourage donors to send checks directly to Reliant.
Q: What if the donor gave the first check directly to me? A: The missionary can fill out a New Promise Form on Toolbox and mail the form and check to Reliant or email the form to gift.services@reliant.org click the Notify Gift Services button if the donor wants to mail the check to Reliant themselves. Q: Can I send Reliant more than one check and New Gift Form at a time? A: Yes. You can usually fit four New Gift Forms and four checks in an envelope for the cost of a regular stamp. If you have more than four checks, consider using a large envelope, which costs less than sending multiple smaller envelopes. Q: Where do I send the checks and New Gift Forms?
