If you need proof of coverage outside of the United States (or a travel certificate) in order to travel to certain countries, please make sure to submit your request at least 2 weeks prior to your departure date.
Neither Due to HIPAA regulations, neither Reliant nor GuideStone representatives can provide travel certificates to you.
Instead, you can request travel certificates provided to you directly from Highmark:
- Call 866-472-0924
- Have your member ID number with you
- Reference that you are on a GuideStone plan
