1. Collect all necessary information including any receipts you may have.  
2. Log onto the Highmark BCBS website.  
3. At the top of the page, go to the Claims & Spending tab.
   
4. Select "Access Spending Account", this will open a new window and take you to your Personal Dashboard.
   
   
   
5. On the top left of your dashboard, select "My Accounts" then select "Bill Pay" from the drop down menu.
   
   
   

6. Once on "Bill Pay", click "Bill Pay" icon on the right side of the page  
   
   

    

7. Type in all the required information 

   
   

   Note
   This page can be used to pay bills directly to a medical facility or to yourself as a reimbursement, make sure you are making the correct selections on the form.

8. Once all expenses have been recorded, press Submit.
9. You can view submitted transactions by clicking "My Accounts" and selecting "Transactions" from the drop down menu
