To elect the direct deposit service or to make changes to your current service, complete the Direct Deposit Agreement Form and submit it sharing it with payroll@reliant.org.
The bank account used for this Direct Deposit agreement should be exclusively used as PERSONAL bank accounts and should not be attached to any other non-profit ministry, church, or any other type of organization.
