If the monthly time card is locked, you may submit an exception request for reporting any hours worked. The exception time card hours will not be paid in at the same payroll as regular hourstime as if they had been submitted on the regular time card. The exception time card hours will be paid in with the next payroll after of the hours worked that month. Example: January time card iswas locked, so January exception hours submitted before thein February will be paid with the normal February time card deadline will be paid inon the March payrollpaycheck. |
