In April 2020 Reliant Mission notified Principal Financial Group of our decision to incorporate the CARES act previsions into the Reliant Mission 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan.  These provisions will be added as an official amendment to our Plan document in the coming months however, they will be immediately available to the plan participants.  

Reliant's amendments and Plan Document are now handled by a third party, PenServ, who is a "mass submitter" of approved plan documents and amendments on behalf of a number of employers.  As one of those employers, the below plan amendment was adopted 5/28/2021, to be effective for Plan Years beginning on or after 1/1/2020. This amendment must be adopted by 7/31/2022. Reliant intends to officially adopt this provision by that deadline.
