The following Plan Document includes the IRS approved parameters for the 401(k) Plan offered by Reliant Mission to our employees. This Plan Document was approved on December 14,2012.Reliant 403(b)(9) Plan uses GuideStone's basic 403(b) Plan document, and we rely on our internal policies and procedures for outlining specific details of our plan related to eligibility, employer contributions, etc.

The Plan Document is submitted to the IRS every 5 years for re-approval. At that time all amendments that have been approved within the previous 5 years are incorporated into the text of the official Plan Document. In between the 5 year approvals, Reliant may approve amendments to the Plan Document.
The following is a list of current amendments to Reliant's 401(k) Plan Document. These amendments are approved and considered to be part of the official parameters for Reliant's 401(k) Plan.
