If you need a copy of your dental insurance card, you can download a copy After enrolling in the dental plan, members will have access to an electronic insurance card. This card can be downloaded from the RSLI website - http://www.reliancestandard.com/dental-vision/
You will have to log in with a username and password (or create them if it's your first time accessing the website).
. When logging into the site the first time, follow the instructions to create a member services secure account.
