Reliant's Dental Insurance is available to any employee who works 30 hours or more.
It is also available to your dependents, up until the age of 25. This dental offering allows quality care for dental needs, and Reliant recommends you utilize this benefit from the beginning of your employment26.
At the time of employment, an employee (and their dependents) can be covered fully. The employee has 30 days to start this coverage.

To enroll a dependent child please complete the NEED ENROLLMENT FORM and submit it to benefits@reliant.org .
