Have you done one of the following: 1) registered with a hospital for delivery, 2) plan on registering for delivery, 3) plan on utliziing utilizing a birthing center or mid-wife, or 4) already delivered?.

  • You will also need to provide the NPI (National Provider Identifier) for your Doctor.  This number is used by Medela to obtain a prescription for your breast pump. If you do do not know the NPI number you can do an online search for it or call your doctor's office and ask them for the number.
