  1. Log in to HighmarkBCBS.com.   If you have not set up an account on the Highmark website, please see this Solomon page for details on how to create an account: How to Set Up Your Coverage Account on HighmarkBCBS.com 
  2. On your home page, select the ID Card option
  3. The next page will give you the option to view, fax, and print your ID card.  At the bottom of this page , is the option to Order ID Cards.  Click this option to expand the form to request a new card.
  4. Fill out the required information, including a different mailing address if needed, and press Submit.
