There are three ways to request a new ID Card from Highmark:
- Log Use the Member Portal on to the Highmark website (directions below)
- Call the Member Service phone number and use the menu
- Call the Member Service phone number and speak to a representative

In order to request a replacement card, you must log in to the Highmark website. If you have not set up an account on the Highmark website, please see this page for details on how to create an account: HighmarkBCBS.com |
- Log in to HighmarkBCBS.com
- On your home page, select the ID Card option
- The next page will give you the option to view, fax, and print your ID card. At the bottom of this page, is the option to Order ID Cards. Click this option to expand the form to request a new card.
- Fill out the required information, including a different mailing address if needed, and press Submit.

It will take 7-14 business days to receive your replacement card. Please print and use a temporary ID Card from the Highmark website in the meantime. |
