  • Make sure the amount of money you paid and the amount printed on the money order are the same.
  • In the Pay To space, write Reliant. There may also be a space to add in Reliant's address as well (11002 Lake Hart Dr., Ste. 100, Orlando, FL 32832-7106).
  • In the From or Sender space, write the donor's name or anonymousand address.
  • In the memo section, write your fund number.
  • If there is a signature spot on the front of the money order, sign there. Do not sign the back of the money order.
  • Tear off the receipt in case your money order gets lost.
