If a donor gave you cash or a check made out to you instead of Reliant, you will need to get a money order, which you can get at the post office, 7-11, your bank, etc. Here's instructions for how to fill out a money order.

  • Make sure the amount of money you paid and the amount printed on the money order are the same.
  • In the Pay To space, write Reliant. There may also be a space to add in Reliant's address as well (11002 Lake Hart Dr., Ste. 100, Orlando, FL 32832-7106).
  • In the From or Sender space, write the donor's name or anonymous.
  • If there is a signature spot on the front of the money order, sign there. Do not sign the back of the money order.
  • Tear off the receipt in case your money order gets lost.
  • Send the money order and a New Gift Form from Staffnet to Reliant.
