Each week during initial MTD (or active MTD), you will be required to submit an MTD Time Card to Reliant. Time cards communicate MTD progress and aid the coaching process for the staff member engaging in support raising activities.

- MTD Time Card on Staffnet (Use this to report your numbers to Reliant and your coach.)
- Weekly Tracking Chart (Use this to keep track of your numbers for the MTD Time Card. You do not need to submit this to Reliant or your coach.
