"Teledoc was indeed easy and very helpful. How easy is it? I started by taking about 5 minutes to enroll. Then Then I completed my medical history, which took about 10 minutes. Then Then I entered in my H.S.A. Credit HSA credit card information to request the consultation and received a phone call from the doctor within 10 minutes. Once the consultation started she listened, took action, told me what to do next. It It was about seven minutes total. It It took a little longer for the prescription to get to my pharmacy, about 65 minutes. I love this medical history section for two reasons: A) It’s saved, and I don’t have to re-create it. ; B) I have a bunch of allergies; often I forget some when I’m rushing at the doctor’s office. The The history form had easy add buttons to help me cover everything. The The list of prescriptions used is similar. Another Another helpful feature on the Guidestone page is is a message center where the doctor summarizes the consultation. You You can ask any outstanding questions and get help there. I’m I’m very glad I used the service. The The best part is that I was on the mend within a half-day and I didn’t miss more work." |
