Telemedicine Service: Beginning in 2016, GuideStone will offer a new feature of Telemedicine. All Participants will now have access to Teladoc, a 24/7 telephone and online video service offering non-emergency consultations with U.S. Board-certified doctors. There will be a $10 co-pay for PPO plan participants. Health Saver (HSA) participants will pay the full $40 consultation until they have met their applicable deductibles. Afterwards their consultation will be covered at the coinsurance level. This service is not intended to replace yoru relationship with a primary care physician.
