The The following standards are for full-time 40-hour/week employees. For part-time employees, base the numbers on their the percentage of full time. (For instance, a 20-hour per /week employee would be based on 50% of the full-time standards; 30-hour a week employees at 75%; etc.).

Average Donor – This can vary greatly. We have found that depending on the employee’s background and experience, new staff may have a lower average than staff members that have been in ministry for a length of time. We communicate at New Staff Training that a A good average for new missionaries to aim for is $50 per month but new staff generally have an average between $35 - $50. The average gift for all Reliant staff, including long-term missionaries, is $70/month. |
