 Yes, this is a good time.

 Great. As I mentioned yesterday, I was talking with John Doe the other day about ministering to college youth and he suggested I give you a call. Have you heard from John in regards to me calling?

 Yes, he called about a week ago to say you’d be calling and told me that you’re doing outreach at UCF.

 That’s right. I’m involved working with Reliant Mission at H2O Church at the University of Central Florida. Have you heard of Reliant or H2O?

 No, I don’t think so.

 If there is a day this week or next that we could get together, I’d love to explain more about our ministry. Is there one day that’s better than another for you this week or next?

 This Thursday at 11:00 a.m. would be fine.

 That would work well. Would we be meeting in your office?

 Yes, that’s fine. I’m at 1234 Oak Street, Fifth Floor. Do you know how to get here?

Yes, I’ve been in your building before. Tell you what: I’m writing this Thursday the 5th at 11:00 a.m. in my calendar. Let me give you my number just in case something comes up and you need to reschedule our time. It’s 123-222–2222. Also, if you don’t mind, I’ll give a quick call on Tuesday morning at your office to confirm our time together. Would that be OK?
