Upcoming dates to keep in mind
Due March 10- 31: Missionary completes the first
- Oct 29: Deadline for Reliant to receive your evaluations
first section of evaluation and shares it with their supervisor
- Pastors will share this with the supervisor and their church personnel committee
- Due April 30: Supervisors complete evaluation and share it with their program
- May 1 - June 3: Oct 29 - Dec 7th: Compensation review conversations between Program Team Leader and local compensation decision-makers.
- Reliant will send out a follow-up email once your evaluations are in completed to schedule this time.
- Dec 16June 17: Compensation notices go out to missionaries.
- Jan July 16: Deadline for missionaries to accept new salaries.
