Once a year, Reliant missionaries and supervisors evaluate their jobs and review their performances. After evaluations are completed, Reliant program team directors work together with supervisors to set updated salaries for the coming year.

are introducing a new, updated review. Here are a few distinctive to this new process.

  • This document will be a shared resource between the missionary and their supervisor.
  • The missionary will complete their portion, and then share this resource with their supervisor to fill out their portion.
    • Pastors and local church board members, you will share this with both your supervisor and your church personnel committee.
  • The supervisor or missionary will share this Google Doc with their program team at either collegiate.program@reliant.org or us@reliant.org.


Upcoming dates to keep in mind

  • Due March 10- 31: Missionary completes the first 

  • Oct 29: Deadline for Reliant to receive your evaluations
  • first section of evaluation and shares it with their supervisor

    • Pastors will share this with the supervisor and their church personnel committee
  • Due April 30: Supervisors complete evaluation and share it with their program
  • May 1 - June 3: Oct 29 - Dec 7th: Compensation review conversations between Program Team Leader and local compensation decision-makers.
    • Reliant will send out a follow-up email once your evaluations are in completed to schedule this time.
  • Dec 16June 17: Compensation notices go out to missionaries.
  • Jan July 16: Deadline for missionaries to accept new salaries.
