If the monthly time card is locked, you may submit an exception request. The exception time card hours will not be paid in the same payroll as regular hours. The exception time card hours will be paid in the next payroll after that. Example: January time card is locked, so January exception hours submitted before the February time card deadline will be paid in the March payroll. |
