Recently the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the “CARES Act”) and the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA) were signed into law. These includes many provisions for relief for businesses, individuals, and organizations. While we are being very attentive to how these provisions apply or affect us as an organization, we wanted to list general information here.
Some of you have asked, and Reliant is over 700 employees so there many elements of the CARES Act and other Federal relief efforts that do not apply to us. We are closely monitoring everything and have multiple sources advising us on a daily basis.

The paid family leave requirements were part of the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA), and the CARES Act made a few tweaks to that law. Perhaps we can title this page with both of those acronyms as it's likely that employees may be thinking of the employer requirements in FFCRA rather that the business-related pieces of the CARES Act. Of course the CARES Act includes the checks to individuals and families, so it has garnered a lot of attention.

I updated the title of the page and the first sentence. Feel free to jump in and edit anything on the page you think is necessary, Julie! If you think we should add the FFCRA acronym to the email to field as well, you can update that on the email content page.
