To help navigate and use your Health Saving's Account, HighMark has equipped you with a personal dashboard. Below you will find how to locate your dashboard along with its available functions.
How to Access Your Personal Dashboard;
- Login to your HighMark Account.
- Select "Claims and Spending"
- Click "Access Spending Account"
This will open a new window and welcome you to your Personal Dashboard
What you can do on your Personal Dashboard:
- View Account Balance
- See an accurate balance of your HSA funds
- View Recent Transactions
- View all (pending and approved) medical expenses
- View Alerts
- View all account alerts such as when a new card has been sent, transaction has been approved, deposit has been made, etc...
- View Claim Activity
- See if a claim needs additional action, if a claim has been approved,paid or submitted and if a claim has been denied
- Pay Medical Bills
- Pay any medical bills you may have from a doctors office, hospital, pharmacy, etc...
- Submit Reimbursements
- Submit a reimbursements for various medical expenses (prescriptions, glasses, contacts, hospital bill, etc...)
- View Personal Information
- View address, member ID, e-mail, etc...
- Access Member Tools and Forms
- Here you can access tips for making the most out of your Health Savings Account via blog post, FAQ's and videos
- View forms to fill out if you have additional claims or questions.
