While Reliant's structure has staff working all over the country and the world, it's essential that staff members understand that they have both the opportunity and responsibility to report concerns about their ministry and work environment to leaders. The first place to report those concerns would be to their supervisors. However, we understand that there are times, for one reason or another, that staff are not able to or not comfortable with reporting directly to their manager. Because of this, Reliant provides several channels for making a report to Reliant leadership.
